How do I request an assessment?
To initiate the process of applying for NDIS funding, you have two options: You can directly contact the NDIS by dialing 1800 800 110, or you can access an Access Request Form on the NDIS website and complete it accordingly.
After your application undergoes review by the NDIS, they will inform you about the status of your funding approval.
Am I eligible for NDIS funding?
