UNDERSTANDING A SERVICE AGREEMENT AND SERVICE BOOKINGS
A Service Agreement is a formal agreement between a participant and a provider, outlining the specific services to be delivered. It is not accessible through the myplace portal. On the other hand, Service Bookings are used to allocate a portion of the plan budget for specific products or services provided by a chosen provider. Service Bookings are necessary for the provider to request payment through the myplace portal and can be seen as a service request.
HOW DO I ACCESS MYPLACE?
To access myplace, you will need a myGov account, which can also be used for other government services like Medicare and Centrelink. When accessing myplace for the first time, you will need to use an activation code provided to you, which expires within 10 days. If you require an activation code or your code has expired, you can obtain a new one by contacting the NDIA or your ECEI Coordinator or LAC.
WHAT INTERNET BROWSER IS BEST TO USE?
For the best experience using myplace portals, it is recommended to use compatible browsers such as Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Safari, and Firefox. By downloading and using these browsers, you can access and utilize all the functionality of myplace effectively.
PLAN INFORMATION
